Description
Explore Yoga's most essential postures safely and effectively. These well-rounded classes consist of held and moving postures. Focus will be on alignment of the muscular and skeletal structures, linked with conscious breathing techniques, bringing balance to the nervous system. Beginners and continuing yoga students will benefit from these challenging yet accessible classes. The pace is relaxed and postures are adjusted to meet individual's needs. Strengthen and renew with the health-giving benefits of Yoga. What to Bring: comfortable clothes, and a bottle of water. We encourage participants to bring a yoga mat if possible, however all supplies are available onsite. Our highly qualified/certified instructor is excited to meet everyone and will ensure an educational, safe, and FUN experience! This FCPR Fitness class will be held at Brunswick Recreation Center. Brunswick Recreation Center is located at 400 Central Ave, Brunswick, MD 21716 (inside of Brunswick Elementary School). Parking & Entrance is to the side of the school, look for our FCPR signs. Staff onsite will direct you to our activity room.
