All you need to paint is a few tools, a little instruction, and a vision in your mind.” ― Bob Ross. This one-of-a-kind class combines art, acting, filmmaking, and editing for a fun hands-on time with CinemaKidz! The class begins with learning and practicing fun painting techniques with friends, using a variety of tempera and watercolor paints, various brushes, a tabletop wooden easel and several canvases. Once students have some painting skills down, participants will move on to planning their tv persona and the concept of their very own painting and art show. Every student will receive a custom painting kit including a fun costume element which they will take home at the end of the course. Kids will film and edit their show(s) and explore both hands-on art as well as media and technology elements.
