MYA Yoga" a power vinyasa flow
Motivate Your Ankh, is heart opening, soulful and upbeat. Vinyasa Flow, 1 Breath/1 Movement, hips to heels, breath to beats, and of course collective vibrational breaths keeps you engaged, challenged but also, allows you to honor your body and sometimes sitting with your truth. We often shake our heads no and yes. We keep breathing. We let wanted and unwanted moments pass as we reset, flow and welcome our next pose.
So, what exactly is “Vinyasa Flow”Yoga? Vinyasa is a Sanskrit word that means “connection.” In the case of vinyasa flow, this refers to the connection between the body’s movement and the breath’s rhythm.
Materials Needed: Bring your own optional items...MAT/BLOCKS/STRAPS/WATER/TOWEL*Props also available onsite.
