Bike: 6.2 Miles
Run: 1.5 Miles

Sprint (Team or Individual - 10 Years and Over)
Swim: 750 Meters
Bike: 12.4 Miles
Run: 3.1 Miles
Teams can consist of 2 or 3 members.
