Description
The Summit Hockey Premier League is our most competitive league we offer at Stephen C. West Ice Arena. Many players have played youth hockey and above for several years and skaters have the knowledge of intermediate to advanced game strategies and playing with your head up. In this league, all are welcome to participate, as well will not entertain challenges for eligibility based on advanced playing ability of skill level. This league uses hybrid icing and 15-minute periods. Slap shots are allowed in this non-checking league environment. There is no gender requirement, and both men and women are encouraged to play in this league.
The Premier League primarily plays on Wednesday, Sunday evenings, but additional days may be scheduled as needed (based on league registration). A bye week is also possible should an odd number of teams register for the league.
Games begin May 29th
Cost is $3100 for full league payment before registration deadline(5/15/24).Cost is $3300 if using payment plan with a minimum of $1000 deposit due at time of registration. Remaining balance due by 6/21/24.
The season consists of (10) Ten regular-season games. All (6) Six teams advance to single-elimination playoffs followed by a league championship game. Playoffs will be held on Wednesday, August 14th. The championship games will be held during the week of August 28th. Championship games may fall on a different night than normal game nights.

NOTE: All game times and days are subject to change. The last day to register is May 15th or until full. A deposit of at least $1,000 MUST be made at this time. The league maximum is (8) Eight teams. League balances are due Friday, June 21st.
