This group is comprised of 4 to 8 women, aged 60+, that meet twice monthly for a confidential, emotionally supportive conversation about the challenges associated with aging. Discussion topics may include loneliness, loss of family, partner or friends, physical changes, family relations, moving or changing living arrangements, retirement, and isolation. Led by two experienced Senior Peer Counselor volunteers, also women aged 60+, and is offered free of charge through Mental Health Partners Senior Peer Counseling Program and City of Boulder Older Adult Services.
