Description
Our Strong Mamas Fitness program is safe for anyone who is currently pregnant or at least 8 week postpartum. This class will meet you where you are and help you feel good mentally and physically, provide a community to meet other mamas, and provide guidance and support in your motherhood journey. The class will help you embrace your body, build and maintain confidence, and strengthen or restore your pelvic floor and core. You will be empowered to learn functional strengthening and total body stretching exercises to help you feel and be the best mama you can be.The program includes one live group workout per week and one group virtual wellness coaching session per week to help you stay both physically and mentally a strong mama!
Babies are welcome!
Safe for everyone pregnant as modifications and low impact options are given for all movements.
6 Group wellness coaching sessions will be held virtually every Monday starting June 10th - July 15th from 11:30am-12:15m. A link will be sent out prior to the start of the session.
If you are bringing your baby to the live workout, babies should be in the car seat for safety and a crying baby's mom needs to take a break and take care of baby before returning to the workout.
