Join us in our Victorian Founder's Room for the fourth Wine Seminar of the year, dedicated to wines from Alsace.
This event is part of our Gastronomy & Wine program, an immersive exploration of French culinary arts and the captivating world of wines.Whether you are a beginner or an expert, our series is tailored to provide a deeper understanding of French wines, refine your wine-tasting skills and vocabulary, and foster confidence in conversations, selections, and pairings. We will provide you with an authentic French perspective and access to a splendid array of quality wines.
In this Alsace wine seminar, Alexandre Sojfer, passionate sommelier expert, will be our esteemed guest, bringing her wealth of knowledge and expertise to offer an educational insight into the selection of bubble, white and red wines and spirit. Our seminar will feature the following wines, paired with Tartes Flambées, culinary specialties from Alsace:
