This 4 wk Tactical Fitness and Firearms bootcamp is a comprehensive and immersive experience that combines tactical fitness training with firearms instruction in an empowering environment. Over the course of the program, participants will engage in functional workouts, tactical drills, and live fire shooting, all tailored specifically for beginner and intermediate levels. *Participants should have taken a firearm safety and foundations course prior to enrolling in this camp or participated in the 5 wk Intro to a Firearm Bootcamp.* Through a series of four sessions involving both fitness and live shooting, participants will build strength, endurance, agility, mental resilience, and the ability to shoot well under stress. Led by experienced trainers, these workouts and shooting sequences will prepare participants for the physical demands of real-world scenarios. Through hands-on training, attendees will learn essential shooting skills, tactical maneuvers, and firearm safety protocols. The program will cover topics such as weapon handling, stress-shooting techniques, tactical positioning, and decision-making under pressure. This bootcamp provides a unique opportunity for individuals of all fitness levels to develop the physical and mental skills necessary for learning to shoot well when the heart rate is elevated. You can bring and train with your own gear/plate carrier/kit but not required for the course.
