This program caters to middle and high school students aspiring to acquire essential life-saving skills applicable when babysitting, in community settings, and beyond. Participants will undergo instruction in adult, child, and infant CPR, along with fundamental first aid techniques. Additionally, there is an opportunity to attain certification through the American Heart Association Heartsaver course. Michelle Grimm, a certified AHA instructor at Rivermont Collegiate with over 20 years of experience in CPR and first aid instruction, will oversee the academy.
