This is a multiple plate printing course that builds on the skills learned in an introductory copper plate etching class and further develops them by adding new copper plates, polymer plates, and monoprint technique. This multiple plate course will take you from simple registration systems to complex registration systems using odd-sized plates and combinations of mediums and materials. ***Prerequisite: Intro to Copper Plate Etching or adjacent introductory etching experience -if you're not sure if the class is the right fit for you, please reach out to classes@kala.org
