Description
Drop In Fitness Classes, Drop In Child Care, Drop In Swim, and Drop In Teen/Tweens activities are FREE with your YMCA Facility Membership. Registration is not required; capacity may be limited and is available first come, first served. For community events, membership and registration are not required.
For other programs, please contact the Y during regular business hours for further information.
Using a belt or noodle, this no-impact workout is great for any level or type of exerciser looking for aerobics and strength training. Personal flotation belts are welcome; flotation devices may be limited based on location.
