Bring: Bring a print or quart-size Mason jar with lid
Are you tired of stressing over the question, "What's for dinner?" or often find yourself without a meal plan, then this class if for you!
Come and learn how to create healthy and delicious meals in advance for quick and easy serving later. Participants will assemble their bags which involves reading recipes, measuring ingredients, and assembling. Different recipes will be prepped at each class.
Two to four recipes will be demonstrated. Everyone will have an opportunity to take home a meal.
