Come join us for Fusion Fitness at William Walker!
This class will allow Adults to create a positive setting while getting in better shape, all while having fun. Improving your personal fitness goals through increasing stamina with cardio, toning and increasing strength with weightlifting, power walking and dance.
When: March 24 - May 29, 2025 - Mondays/Wednesdays - (12p.m. - 12:45p.m.)(6:15p.m - 7:00p.m.)Who: Adults - 18 - 55 years old.Cost: $5
