Description
We fused Pilates that strengthens your abs and builds a stronger core, with yoga that transforms you in body and spirit. Feel the self-massage and deeper breathing that you will experience as well to complete this innovative class, leaving refreshed, yet relaxed. Please bring your own yoga mat, weighted ball, light dumbbells, and blocks if you have them.
