Calling all Tai Chi lovers to participate in World Tai Chi day at Apex Nature Park. Apex Senior Center Instructor, Susan Fenimore, will lead simple Tai Chi movements to celebrate the advancement of personal and global health and healing. Join us for a fun and relaxing event! Water and snack provided.
