Description
Learn how to make and can delicious preserves using either fresh fruit (if available) or dried apricots (if fresh fruit is not available). You will learn the fundamentals that can be applied to making many different types of jam and preserves. Each student will be able to take a sealed jar of jam home. Supply fee payable to the instructor $29
