Ages 6-9 years (with or without an adult). S-T-R-E-T-C-H! Move, breathe, smile, and laugh while reaping the many benefits of yoga. Developmentally appropriate poses, games, breathing, and meditation techniques will be practiced to build body awareness, release energy, and experience relaxation. Yogi Carl brings 17+ years experience as a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher for all ages. Bring a yoga mat and plan on a fun and zen Sunday afternoon. Instructor: Carl Gunderson of Simply Holistic Fitness & Wellness. 8 classes. No class 5/26. 100% scholarship recipients pay $10.
