Description
Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 1 - 4. This Spring Term 2024, Chip will offer Cardio Dance & Pilates twice weekly! You can register for one class or save money and register for the Tues/Thurs Combo class. Get a full body workout while experiencing joy through music! This workout features low impact dance moves for cardiovascular conditioning and Pilates for strength and flexibility. This class will be offered simultaneously in person and virtually through Zoom. Please have your own mat, water bottle and light hand weights. Instructor: Jenine "Chip" Grover, M.Ed., over 30 years experience.7 classes. No class 5/7. 6/11/24 reserved for makeup if needed.
