About this event
If you're interested in creating a unique and beautiful Resin Serving Board using epoxy resin and wood, then this class is perfect for you! In this course, you'll learn step-by-step how to design and create a custom serving/charcuterie board from raw lumber and resin. Our expert instructor will guide you through the entire process, from mold making to proper resin techniques, sanding, and polishing, ensuring that you achieve the ideal results for your one-of-a-kind creation. Students will have the option of choosing their resin color(s). The example image features a serving board with coffee beans embedded in the resin. Students are welcome to bring in their own materials to embed within the resin to allow for a completely unique and personalized piece. Your instructor can provide guidance on the types of materials that work best for this. During this class, you'll receive in-depth demonstrations, guidance, and instruction from our experienced instructor, who will be available to answer any questions you have along the way. By the end of this class, you'll have gained the skills and confidence to create stunning epoxy resin and wood creations on your own! Each student will leave class with one resin serving board. All supplies are included. *Please plan to attend each session of class to allow for a complete and finished project. No refunds, pro-ration, or make-up sessions will be provided due to missed class sessions for any reason, including illness and unexpected life events.
