Description
This is a tentative activity. Registrations will be accepted if it becomes official.
Weekly guided hour of breathwork techniques that will deepen your connection with self and help move held onto emotions and stress within the body. During this time together we will set an intention and do 3 rounds of 15 minutes mixed breathwork techniques. After, there will be time to rest and integrate before moving into the rest of your day.
