--Instructor: Ruben Vellekoop-- How can Lorraine Hansberry make a silence scream? Why is Annie Baker so specific in the length of her silences? What's a Pinter Pause? In this class, students will explore beats, pauses, and silences and work to make those land harder than any written line ever could. In-class work includes exercises, improv, and scene work with a scene partner.
