Description
Experience Montecito as it was during the 1920s and 1930s on a tour of Casa del Herrero, one of Santa Barbara's finest historical and architectural landmarks. Built in 1925 and designated as a National Historic Landmark in 2009, Casa del Herrero is an excellent example of the Spanish Colonial Revival style of America. This 11-acre masterpiece is renowned not only for the grand house, but also for its extensive Moorish-style gardens and collection of 15th-17th century objects from Spain, France, and Italy. Lunch at Joe's Cafe. Meal is not included in the price of the excursion. 2024 Senior Membership is required for this activity. Please arrive 30 minutes before scheduled time. NOTE: EXTENSIVE WALKING.
