Description
This class is for teens and adults 13 years and older and will be tailored based on the individual’s ability at the time of lessons. Participants may have little or no swimming skills or have a fear of the water or may be looking to improve their stroke technique. Our swim lesson program for teens and adults has something for everyone. This class will be progressive, building on skills throughout the session. For beginners we will focus on developing comfort going underwater, basic self-rescue skills in addition to basic front and back floating.
