About this event
Using an adapted cycle is a fantastic way for everyone to have fun, gain more independence and enjoy a sense of freedom. Whatever type of cycle, adaptation or support you need there is likely to be a solution, whether you have a disability, lack balance or want to improve your confidence. Here at York Sport we encourage all-ability cycling for recreation, sport, and exercise, especially if it’s just for fun Our fleet of adapted bikes include trikes, tandems, side by side social cycles, hand bikes and trike tandems. If you are unsure of your needs or have any questions please feel free to contact us if you are unsure of the best bike for you at cycling@york-sport.com Cost: £5.00 (includes bike and helmet hire, Personal assistants, carers go free) Please note: session length is 50 minutes to allow for changeover and cleaning down bikes.
