In this session classes will be beginner friendly and accessible to everyone. You will work on connecting breath with movement allowing you to create more awareness of the body and mind. Classes will work through sequences helping improve balance, range of motion, flexibility, and overall physical and mental well-being. Variations of postures will be available to allow the student to make the practice their own. This class is great for people with no prior experience and those who already have a yoga practice. Participants are required to bring their own personal yoga mat to each class.
