Description
These yoga classes will improve flexibility and reduce stress. The classes focus on gently opening the areas of the body where tension is often held. These areas include the upper back, shoulders, neck, and low back.
Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket or towel. Dressing in layers is recommended.
