Description
This course is for new students and focuses on building strength, coordination and discipline as students learn the basic movements of Karate through fun exercises and games.
Instructor is qualified with the International Shotokan Karate Federation.
Uniforms and belts for testing can be ordered through the instructor for an additional cost and is optional.
