If you’re bored of making the same old veggie sides and want fresh ways to add more plants to your diet, this class is for you! Go beyond basic salads and smoothies and start adding delicious, and filling vegetable dishes to your weekly meal plans. Participants take home a packet of ideas and recipes as well as a fully prepped vegetarian meal they can prepare at home.
