Clown Cardio is a fun fitness class where we'll use playful clown, improv, and physical theater games and exercises to create an amusing and energetic workout. In each of the five sessions, participants will engage in a series of lively games designed to maximize fun, laughter, and sweat. There won't be any clown makeup or big floppy shoes but instead, be sure to wear athletic footwear and workout attire. No prior clowning or theater experience is required and all levels welcome.Sub-Activities
