We are excited to offer this fun and challenging 1-hour hybrid class for ballers of all skill levels will have you engage in high intensity, co-operative basketball drills that will get you moving and improving. Come get some shots up, run offensive and defensive drills, get some serious cardio in and most of all have a great time!Basketballs and other fitness equipment will be provided. Participants must be dressed in proper workout attire.Sub-Activities
