FOREVER FIT FOR LIFE; MORE ACTIVE This revised, energizing morning class will boost your body's muscles using a variety of equipment; weights, resistant bands, stability balls and more. We'll combine exercises to strengthen heart and lungs with weight training to get you a great workout.
