Description
We're sorry, but this class is over. The last meeting was Tuesday, April 2, 2024.
This class is a great way to get the mind and body in shape. Students are led through stretches, yoga postures, breathing practices and relaxation techniques. Yoga provides a basis for increased flexibility, strength and well being.
