Plein Air Culinary EventFrench Burgundy Wine Pairing Dinnerw/Chef Patrick GauthronTuesday, June 11, 20246:00 - 8:30 pmPlease join us for a culinary event to celebrate Wayne Art Center's 16th annual Plein Air Festival.
Join us on a culinary journey to Burgundy with French native Patrick Gauthron, founder, former owner and pastry chef of Aux Petits Delices in Wayne as he demonstrates preparing a delicious four-course dinner. Learn traditional techniques and tips of French cooking and enjoy a special dinner expertly paired with French wines.
Menu:
- Amuse-Bouche: Roquefort Gougeres and Pear/Got Cheese/Jamson De Bayonne Bites
- Escargot Persillade
- Trout Dijonnaise
- Ile Flottante
Please wear closed toe shoes and tie back long hair.
