Description
Dumplings are delicious and incredibly versatile! Participants will work with different wrappers, dough, fillings and sauces to create a sumptuous international Dumpling Feast. On the menu: Japanese Gyoza with Rice Noodles, Cabbage and Ginger; Mirin Soy Dipping Sauce; Vegetable Samosas with fresh Ginger Mint Chutney; Salmon Dumplings with Honey Soy Dipping Sauce; and Glazed Strawberry and Banana Dumplings for dessert.
