This camp is designed to teach kids how to run, sprint, recover, and about overall general fitness. We will be doing drills/exercises to encourage endurance, explosiveness, strength, quickness, footwork, speed, stretching, and recovery all with a personal trainer! This will help players get ready for their next sport or activity and get them to the next level.
The camp will be held 2 days a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm-7pm for a total of 6 weeks. It is open to kids grades 3-8.
It will start on July 19th and end on August 25th.
Cost of the camp is $20 and will include a t-shirt.
