Move, meditate, and breathe in Rachel’s Tuesday evening gentle vinyasa. This is an all-levels adult class, with space for adaptations and extensions. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies, tune into the rhythm of their own breath, stretch, and challenge themselves (as desired) in a safe environment.Location
