Description
This outdoor, grown up-and-me program celebrates springtime on the farm. Little sprouts provides a structured, hands on environment that encourages you and your little ones to learn about the farm and the food it produces through projects, play, and movement together. Children and adults participate in a range of activities together including planting vegetables, exploring the compost pile, observing wildlife, playing games, making natural art, singing songs, reading interactive books, going on scavenger hunts, harvesting veggis and herbs, collecting eggs in the coop and cuddling rabbits in the springtime garden.This program takes place outdoors rain or shine, with sheltered areas for unfriendly weather. Please dress for weather. wear closed-toe shoes and provide sun protection.
