Description
Explore Yoga's most essential postures safely and effectively. These well-rounded classes consist of held and moving postures. Focus will be on alignment of the muscular and skeletal structures, linked with conscious breathing techniques, bringing balance to the nervous system. Beginners and continuing yoga students will benefit from these challenging yet accessible classes. The pace is relaxed and postures are adjusted to meet individual's needs. Strengthen and renew with the health-giving benefits of Yoga. What to Bring: comfortable clothes, and a bottle of water. We encourage participants to bring a yoga mat if possible, however all supplies are available onsite. Our highly qualified/certified instructor is excited to meet everyone and will ensure an educational, safe, and FUN experience! This FCPR Fitness class will be held at Fountain Rock Nature Center. Fountain Rock Nature Center is located at: 8511 Nature Center Place, Walkersville, MD. 21793 Parking is available at the lot at the entrance of the Park. Please use the walking path to access the entrance to the Nature Center.
