Description
Let Your Creative Juices Flow. Learn how to make and decorate chocolates from San Diego's premier chocolatier--Seabreeze Chocolate. All materials and equipment are provided, and everything you make is yours to keep! Participants will make a ganache which they can either add flavor or keep plans chocolate, decorate and create 21 molded chocolate truffles. A gift box is provided for the truffles and a container for the remaining ganache.
Come to the Launch Party on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, to register early. Registration opens on Thursday, March 14th at 9:00 a.m.
Registration closes 48 hours before trip date; Must be registered prior to trip day. NO same day registrations.
