Description
Zumba Fitness is a medium-to-high intensity dance fitness exercise program that lets you dance to beautiful music from around the world while getting a great workout in. This class is so much fun and energetic! Zumba Fitness is an interval workout between high-and-low intensity that targets core, arms, back, legs and glutes.
