Description
This class focuses on slow gentle movement which is supported with the awareness of breath in order to cultivate harmony and balance of body and mind. A great program for those new to yoga, or for those with experience who are seeking a slower pace, or are 50 plus. CYA-E-RYT 550hr.No class Feb 19
