Would you like to increase your strength and agility, regain or maintain independence, and improve your overall quality of life?Osteofit is a fitness program designed by clinicians at the BC Women's Hospital just for you! It addresses balance andcoordination, strength, fall prevention, and is safe for participants with osteopenia and osteoporosis. Physicians/specialistscan refer their patients to Osteofit. however, it is not mandatory in order to attend. This class is for men and women.
