You will build strength and muscular endurance through this fun, energizing class. Each class will take you through a full body circuit of exercises combining a mix of resistance training and high-intensity aerobics. Exercise options are available for all fitness levels, beginner to advanced, to guide your progress towards your personal fitness goals.
