Description
Participants will take part in personally enriching activities within the community including volunteering, visiting other organizations, and taking fun field trips.
They will enhance socialization with peers and community members, increase independence skills, and build their resumes. When not out in the community, attendees will participate in crafts, sports, cooking and other activities.
Some examples of Club Pierce field trips include visiting different businesses, mini golf, movies, Defy, NW Trek, Tumwater Falls, touring different departments within Pierce County, and more!
Club Pierce is designed for individuals 18 years and older with disabilities who are looking to get out into the community and have fun!
Due to Club Pierce's popularity, registration is limited to one location/day per week. Participants are encouraged to join the waitlist for full dates so that they can be contacted if there is an opening after registration has closed.
