Taking THE ROC into the Lake District, this is an opportunity to test your resolve and focus in one of the most inspiring locations in Europe. From the swim in Windermere, the bike past the iconic Coniston Lake and to the summit of England’s highest mountain and back, this is an event you will thrive on if you like tough rewarding challenges.

Commencing on the compelling Lakeside shoreline, THE ROC England starts with a 1.5km swim in the captivating waters of Windermere before heading off on a 45.5km bike route full of dramatic, exhilarating sections and plenty of hills before reaching Stool End Farm at the foot of the Langdale Pikes. The race then heads off on foot via Mickleden up England’s highest and most prominent mountain with just under 1,000 meters of formidable assent to the summit and a 17.5km total round route up and down. The race continues on bike back to Lakeside ending with a 1km trial run to the finish line by Windermere.
