In this course your child will learn the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This effective martial art uses leverage & technique to overcome a bigger and stronger opponent. Your child will gain focus, discipline, confidence & problem-solving skills while also becoming physically fit and learning self-defense.
Have good hygiene, wear gym appropriate clothing, and bring water.
