Description
You will begin to learn the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. You will learn how to use leverage and technique to overcome a bigger and stronger opponent. You will gain focus, disciple, and confidence while becoming physically fit and learning self-defense.
Have good hygiene, wear gym appropriate clothing, and bring water.
