Description
In this course you will learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The most effective martial art in the world. You will become confident with take downs/throws and submissions with a partner. You will gain fitness, health & make new friends.
Have good hygiene, wear gym appropriate clothing, and bring water.
