Description
Objectives :
- Accustom students to reading daily or weekly newspapers in French
- Introduce students to the vocabulary of journalism and help them understand the syntax used in newspaper articles
- Develop the skill of orally presenting the key points in written texts of an informative or argumentative type
- Teaching aids : weekly and monthly newspapers available at the Alliance Française de Toronto or on the Internet.
Before starting this course, you should have completed level B1.3 or been assessed at level B1.4 through a placement test, within 6 months of the beginning of the course.
